@AkshatJain0108 @flipkartsupport @LGIndia Be prepared to pay for a tub replacement, maybe. I had documented water leakage in a video from the very beginning, which got worse over time but had to pay to get it fixed as @LGIndia techs classified it as a wear and tear issue - with just about 10 cycles of use 😀😇

@LGIndia @LGIndia these screen grabs are for the origin of latest service request RNP241208061015 (still not fixed) with a recurrence on November 26 of the problem that was fixed on September 27 (which was reported on July 12). The part that had previously fixed the issue wasn’t ordered😀

@LGIndia @LGIndia that is factually incorrect. I received a call yesterday at 3:49 PM from local engineer and I asked him to come but he said today 10 AM would be better to which I said OK. Engineer came today at 11:20 but more importantly problem was *not* fixed because of the parts 😀

@chandre04573061 @LGIndia @LG_CustomerCare @jagograhakjago @LGIndia Allowing service centers to close a service request either without fixing the problem or without customer's consent is completely inappropriate and unfair — and so is not providing customers with an ability to easily reopen it within a period of time (say 7 or 10 days).
