It's been more than 3 weeks since I paid for the service and even after repeated complaints through the app I have neither received the service nor have I received my money back. Please look into the matter urgently and do the needful.
@IndiaPostOffice Why did the post office deny me the door step service of digital life certificate in Durgapur? Is there any way a senior citizen aged 82 years old gets this service availed?
It was an amazing experience running my second TMM full marathon (42km) in Mumbai. Nearly 62k runners from 50 plus countries came together to make this a grand success. I thoroughly enjoyed my run and met several of my old friends and students in Mumbai.
@DTDCIndia I haven't received my medicine. Nor did I receive any call or message from you regarding my parcel yet. I don't understand what procedure your escalation and investigation team follow to locate a parcel. Feeling sad because it contained medicine and I have incurred losses.
@DTDCIndia Shame on you and your service dear DTDC. An urgent medicine parcel booked on 23rd October in Trichy could not reach Kolkata till 29th morning. Writing to you in DM mode hasn't helped so far.
Now tell me how will you compensate for my losses.

@DTDCIndia I am laughing reading your message. You people have made so many sections within your own organization -investigation team, escalation team and so on. I am a patient and my medicine hasn't arrived. Now you want me to be more patient. Quantify the term a little more time in hours.

@DTDCIndia you have made a mockery of your service by writing to me that you will investigate the matter and revert. To my shock and surprise even after 24 hrs of complaint you haven't come back with any solution. No call back and no email. Pathetic situation.

Got this finishers medal from JBG group as I took the 101 days challenge and completed it successfully. I am thankful to them for making me one of the ambassadors of this event. In this event every participant has to either run or walk for a minimum of 3km for 101 days.
I pray for the safety and well being of those affected. Just one day before this sad incident I had crossed through this area along with five other persons. God was on our side and we came back home safely.
