@udaykotak @KotakCares we have raised major grievances about false promises and commitment given by Kotak Prime team. Even after sending emails for 1 year no one is ready to help. We just want the foreclosure without charges. The KMPL team is a master in blaming customers.

They have falsely committed nil foreclosure charges and many other things just to sell the loan to us and now they are backing out. Moreover no one in the whole team has any responsibility whatsoever and are continuously trying to blame us for trusting them. Can someone help @jaagograhakjago @jagograhakjago @RBI

You are not checking anything @KotakCares this seems like a purposely done thing to target clients who have escalated the matter. The team commits things and conveniently does not honour the same. Makes us sign sanction letters in a rush to meet their targets and then backs out of all assurances. What system is this? We have been requesting since 90 days but the matter is just being dragged. Even after sharing all evidences with your team.

We have also got people who have approached us saying that this has injustice has been done before by Kotak Prime team with them also. Things are being ignored by Kotak Prime team and this is unfair and not right. They have assured nil foreclosure charges before giving the loan and now they are purposely backing out. We have emails from day 1 stating the same. Pls need attention here.

@KotakCares Sad tosee the way customers are treated at Kotak Mahindra Prime Limited. Once again the case has been closed ignoring the commitment given by team. Seems that all the people are least bothered about what has been assuredand onlybothered about their monthly targets. @SmalhotraRBI
