More leaked packaging of the upcoming HERO9. Confirms specs/new features:

• 20mp and 5K/30fps
• TimeWarp/HyperSmooth 3.0
• Larger 1720mAh battery (vs GP8 1220mAh)

With the new packaging showing up now we should see the GP9 announcement around the end of September.
