But now you restored train without informing passenger how he will come to know that the train has been restored. When I am trying to file TDR, it's saying u shud file it within 4 hrs

I received the message that the train 12139 has been cancelled for yesterday. Today I come to know that train was restored but for that I did not receive any message. As per rule if train cancelled, refund should b automatic. Check 2nd message
