@airindiain has the worst customer service ever. Very disappointed. We just have one query that will help us protect us our lives and jobs. They are giving us such vague answers. Can I purchase a ticket to Paris for transit? Final destination is Mexico. No check-in luggage.

@HardeepSPuri Sir, what is unfair is that @DGCAIndia permits something on paper and something else happens in reality. The eligibility rules issued is not provided to other airlines causing them not to let us book their flights. This is injustice. Shame to be trading on common people’s lives

Instead of adding flights to VBM why don't you resume outbound international flights in a phased manner and allow us to travel?? What is the problem???
