Alts have been bleeding for a while now - now secret there. $ETH has been lagging since the start of the cycle, underperforming $BTC, $SOL, and even $SUI.

Let me say this straight up: alt szn is happening, but not in the way everyone expects.

Compare project valuations from 2020 with recent listings, any the difference is obvious:
$SOL - Market cap at listing: $20M
$FTM - Market cap at listing: $30M

$STRK - Launched with a $1.3B market cap
#Wormhole - Market cap at listing: $500M

Valuations have 10x-100x, while only 5-10% of tokens are in circulation at launch. The rest? Locked up for years , slowly unlocking and dumping on the market. But who’s buying this exit liquidity? Where’s the fresh money coming from?

2. The Number of Assets on the Market
Back in 2020, the total crypto market cap and number of assets were way lower, making it easier to scoop tokens off the market and pump them. Plus, stimulus money was flowing.

Now? VC can ape into a project at a10x lower valuation than listing price, dump their bags on launch, then rotate profits into the next hype alt with a 500T FDV.

4. Still waiting for a “Classic” Alt Szn?
Ask yourself this:
When hundreds of meme and AI tokens go from $60K cap to hundreds of millions/billions over multiple years- isn’t that an alt szn?

Alts will pump towards the end of the bull run, but thus won’t be 2017 or 2021. Simply buying and hodling is no longer enough. Liquidity is lower, and it’s constantly rotating. Adapt to survive, or keep waiting to be exit liquidity.
