@FedExHelpEU and now cutoff from customer services as they refuse to escalate the issue to somebody i can speak to. Terrible service keep getting the run around being told wait 6 hours for a call back that never comes. Just send me an email that the package is lost would be more helpful

Two weeks since my package was apparently delivered and customer services are useless. complaints handler has not responded in a week and i keep getting told it's been escalated and wait 6 hours for a call back that never comes.

Customer services refuse to transfer me to anybody that knows what is going on...very frustrating been waiting 2 weeks with nobody taking ownership of a lost package.

manage my booking says I need contact you to amend a cancelled flight and when I try phone you cut the call as you are too busy.
