@Fight4hkS 當年已經起咗/起緊兩個大水庫 (萬宜同船灣)，又同深圳傾掂咗買水，的確污水再造嘅需要比較低。前面已經講咗，HKG 係需求行先，無幫污水處理廠加多幾個function 係情有可完嘅。
之後前途問題加埋玫瑰園都攞咗唔少attention 同資源，去到SARG 其實係有本錢去改善好多嘢，不過最後搞成點？

@greetings_ape @IMayKnowBond @KaiserKuo You forgot two events, 1999 bombing of the Chinese embassy in Belgrade and the Hainan incident in 2001 before 911. Both events were deep scars on the face of chinese nationalists. They still remember and reiterate both incidents now.
