No one is taking responsibility for this problem - nor do they have any idea how to fix it. This is not the service and support I've come to expect as someone on my third Ford pickup...
@Ford@jimfarley98 I've had my Lightning Lariat for 7 months, and I've never gotten the BlueCruise hands-free to work properly. I've been to two dealers and spoken with 12(!) people in In-Vehicle technology, and none of them can fix it.
1 supervisor told me the maps were out of date, but couldn't tell me what date corresponded to my existing maps
1 dealer told me they were able to make it work "with our own Ford Pass account"
@bijans My hunch is that the backstop announcement means they didn’t feel close to a sale. So I’d say not such good odds that a buyer will emerge, which is a shame. So now do all VCs flock to SIBs?

@bijans No surprise - Trump was planning on running for re-election on the economy/market, and now he has to pivot a dysfunctional executive apparatus to appearing competent (he’s now a “wartime president”). Question is how many have to die for his supporters to see through that.
Hey y'all. I have a deep dive today on how the number of *known coronavirus cases* isn't really a good way to know what's happening with the disease. Unless you know something about testing, anyway. Hope you'll check it out.

@chrissyfarr Had seen the polling before, so knew this one. I’d imagine it’s because they have the halo of healthcare without seeming to have the profit-making or paternalism baggage that can attach to docs.
@tomvanderbilt @BicyclingMag Excellent piece Tom - really enjoyed reading it. It brought back memories of my first years in cycling, and lusting over the classic Bianchis and De Rosas hanging up high in the shop where I worked after graduating high school @BrielleCyclery
