@CllrIanSherwood I have never seen this before either Ian, but it related to whats on the net but would have expected at least a month later and usually very high up and out of sight. I am of an age where I watch more on my morning walk. it was one of those warm times we got earlier this month.

@CllrIanSherwood Does it say anything about mating flights? about three weeks ago I saw what appeared to be a mating flight with queen and drone attached, but it had so many things wrong, early in year? only about 10/12 feet in air? What else could it have been? We have a 'wild' colony in an ash.

Can we please stop this silly practice of naming storms, even baby ones. Since this started the weather has not got worse but fear of weather has increased and forecasters have taken the opportunity to be even more hysterical. or is this part of a "cunning plan!!!"

@_charliebingham Its simply called 'flint' Charlie, It is one of the historical materials used in Norfolk, the other is 'clay lump' which produces the more simple design for cottages with traditional low roofs most often thatch and usually only one room deep.

And the environmental issues have been well over-egged by the protesters Lets just get it done for the good of the whole county
