A big congratulations goes out to Dr. Amy Bartlow. She received the University of Northern Colorado's Dean's Citation Award at her doctoral graduation. This award is given to less than 3% of doctoral graduates at UNC.
Dr. Clemensen's LDSP 601 Service Learning students have completed their cold weather clothing drive with great support and many generous donations and are now organizing all of the donations to be put into blessing boxes and delivered to the Lords Diner to be handed out.

Dr. Clemensen's LDSP 601 Service Learning Seminar has been researching individual service projects that interested each student. After presenting each of their project ideas to the class, the class voted on the two projects they would like to pursue.

Permission to Play: After studying the importance of play in cultivating active and engaged learners, Elementary Majors in Dr. Finleyβs course used grade-level standards to create developmentally appropriate educational games, which they then shared with each other.
