#ishanudayscam2021 This is an explosive scam. In a very organised manner, fake institutes of North India & Telegenda looted scholarship money due for NE students. GU+TU+CU+GMC+AEC combine gets 184 scholarships, Agra's Victoria Inter Collge gets 374 alone of which 234 from Barpeta
