Redrow dug up mature bushes owned by us on our property and can’t be bothered making a call to either apologise or tell us when they’ll be replaced. I’m figuring it’s because there’s not a sale involved. Tweeting again as it’s the only thing that appears to get a response

@Better_UK Poor reception staff said they’d had 30 complaints about the booking system in 24 hours. Taking a rough guess that for every complaint you heard about there was one who gave up, and that each spent £6 that would be about £65k a year. Just in one location???
