@AvantiWestCoast To be honest I’m not sure. We were originally on the 11:07 Glasgow to Manchester trans-penine but were told to get off at Carlisle to get the Avanti one that was 5 mins behind. We are approaching Preston now.

@AvantiWestCoast we are on a train and thought it was going all the way to Euston but have just been told all trains stopping at Preston. Is that correct? We were told when changing at Carlisle that this train was ok.

@AvantiWestCoast hi there, I’m due to be in the 11:36 Glasgow to London train tomorrow. Trying to plan for worst case scenarios - would our tickets be valid for a later train if this one is cancelled?
