@IndiGo6E I reached out to my bank and they want a proof of the refund. These are the exact words, "merchant refund confirmation letter of stating the said refund is processed by merchant". Please provide with a document stating that you have indeed processed the refund.
@IndiGo6E I was changing my flight booking to a different date. I have done the payment, but after payment I was moved to a different page with a different flight booking option. I have not received any confirmation regarding what happened to booking I paid for. Can you help?

@sbmbankindia No one had reached out to me. It has been more than 3 weeks now. None of your customer-care or nodal officer replies to my emails. At this rate, the only way for me to resolve this issue is going through banking ombudsman. You have practically stolen my money.
@sbmbankindia I did a neft transaction on 21st may. The money is still not reflected on sbm bank account. I spoke with your customer care, they mentioned the money is received but due to server errors balance is not showing up. Today is 28th April, still money is not received.
