It's known fact that one of the greatest composers in the history of Western music Ludwig van Beethoven was deaf.
In analogy,Prof. Gorovsky, specialist about peoples' ethnics & nationalities was daltonic.He couldn't visually distinguish African-American person from Uzbek

In addition to that, the attorney has opportunity to convince legal team of his/her point of view. It's not snobbism or anything like that, it's legal ethic not to hold against attorney his/her bad reviews

Here's why you shouldn't give bad reviews to attorney:
-It might be illegal to use your Internet review to hold against attorney.
Legal community will respond with POA,kind lecture,affirmative actions
-But you will be destroyed by low people who use structure to promote abuse

Speaking of Babi Yar.
One of the version why it happened, it was caused by provocation of communists who put the church on fire. Fascists responded on provocation with unspeakable crime against humanity - Babi Yar where no Jewish person survived.
