unpopular opinion but i think all-in recovery is not always the right move for everyone like during my first recovery attempt i did this basically eating 24/7 with no movement and it just led to binging and no concept of a healthy relationship to food/exercise
so in between of recovery and staying where i am in quasi. like i wanna stop tracking cals and weighing myself and just focus on healthy eating but i also need the control
@sekitsuii if u get the premier protein one the cafe latte flavor powder is so much better. the chips ahoy ghost one is pretty good in warm foods where the chocolate chips can melt like oatmeal, protein pancakes, etc. i didn’t rlly like it in yogurt
