Me and my fiance 'Vishakha Ghetiya' send a bag from Jersey City to Indianapolis on August 19, 2021 through @FedEx and @lugless

It's been 2 weeks the bag has not reached and no one from @FedEx or @lugless is taking initiative to investigate in to matter.
