⚠️ PUBLIC WARNING REGARDING ALPHA CAPITAL GROUP

I normally prefer resolving issues privately, but after repeated attempts to resolve this matter directly, I believe traders deserve to know what happened to me.

I was working toward $400,000 in funded accounts with Alpha Capital Group.

BEFORE using copy trading, I contacted Alpha Capital Group and disclosed exactly what I intended to do:

• My FTMO account would be the MASTER account
• Two Alpha Capital Group $200K accounts would be the SLAVE accounts
• Total ACG allocation: $400,000
• I provided the master account number, investor password and server information
• I even notified them about my international travel/IP changes to remain fully transparent

Alpha Capital Group then confirmed to me in writing:

“Copy trading has been approved for use on the following account.”

I proceeded based on that approval.

I successfully passed my @FTMO_com evaluation. As part of FTMO’s normal process after passing, the evaluation account was deactivated and I received my funded account.

Alpha Capital Group is now refusing to complete verification of my copied trades because the FTMO master evaluation account is no longer active.

What makes this especially concerning is that ACG themselves wrote:

“While your copy trading setup was approved at the time the master account was active…”

So there is no dispute that the setup was disclosed and approved.

I have offered additional evidence. I still have the trading history in MT5 and I offered to demonstrate the trades and my setup. I have also offered to cooperate with their team in any reasonable verification process.

Instead, I was offered a complimentary Stage 1 retry rather than the $400K funded accounts I believe I legitimately qualified for.

This is also NOT my first serious issue with Alpha Capital Group. I previously experienced another situation involving my accounts, which is why I made an exceptional effort this time to obtain written approval and document everything BEFORE trading.

I have emails, screenshots, account numbers, timestamps and the written approval. I am prepared to publish the relevant evidence so traders can review the situation and reach their own conclusions.

I also contacted Louie from Alpha Capital Group, with whom I had previously spoken directly. He asked for my email so he could look into the situation. I provided it and followed up, but I have not received the resolution I was expecting.

I am publicly asking Alpha Capital Group for one thing:

Review the evidence and honor the $400,000 funded accounts if I complied with the rules and the copy-trading arrangement that your own team approved in writing.

If @AlphaCapitalUK believes I violated a rule, I invite them to publicly identify the exact rule, the version of that rule that applied when my copy trading was approved, and explain how I was reasonably expected to keep an FTMO evaluation account active after successfully passing it.

Until this is resolved, I strongly recommend that traders document EVERYTHING before purchasing or trading prop-firm challenges.

This post represents my personal experience and is supported by communications and records in my possession.

I tried to verify the image on four different websites. Three of them confirmed its authenticity, while one suggested AI manipulation. There might be some tampering, but as is clear, three websites agree that it's not designed with artificial intelligence. Therefore, I prefer not to confirm or deny anything without concrete evidence. We all strive to verify, but we shouldn't always make judgments based on our personal opinions. This information isn't found in official sources; it's obvious that a confidential document is marked as such. It certainly won't be in any official source. That's why I prefer to verify more thoroughly. Ultimately, we all seek the truth, not to prove ourselves right. This is where human principles differ. Since there are people who trust what I say, it's difficult to exploit their trust for any purpose. This is my principle. You have what I've verified, and now you can judge. I'm giving you the facts of my research, and you have all the websites used for transparency. Thank you.
