A migrant boat in French waters is classed as a boat in distress under International Maritime Law. This is because these boats are not sea worthy and are usually overloaded.

If the Royal Navy were to spot a migrant boat in distress in French waters they would be obliged under said maritime law to return the boat to the nearest place of safety, which would be a port in France.

This would be perfectly legal for the Royal Navy to do as they would technically be saving migrant lives.

It would be illegal for the French to stop the Navy from doing this.

The UK has spent up to £411.5million on deals with France, who have in return stopped 50,903 migrants since May 2024.

Macron has taken the British taxpayer for a ride for too long!

That successive governments have continued to hand the French taxpayer cash over and over again is quite frankly obscene.

This is a blatant waste of taxpayers' cash and we must hold France accountable NOW!

Nick Ferrari listened as Andy Burnham spoke about the UK border, claiming the public “don’t like the idea that the border looks like it’s not controlled.”

Ferrari was having none of it and hit back hard:

“What are you talking about, man? A border that looks like it’s not controlled? It’s not controlled, Prime Minister. What don’t you get.”

Lucy Connolly posted one tweet. She was refused bail, held on remand, and jailed for 31 months.

Amar Ilyas was accused of raping children at gunpoint. Operation Stovewood arrested him. And then a court released him on unconditional bail. He fled to Pakistan.

Convicted in his absence of twelve rapes, five of them against a girl under 13, and sentenced to 27 years that he is not serving. His barrister told the court he was taking instructions from his client in Pakistan.

He is one of the men I found in a single week of reading public records. How many more there are, nobody in government can tell you.

This latest dispatch is a story no newsroom dare tell and no government department wants to exist.
