@DJISupport Isent u pictures that you asked for, I have receipts and yet u still question what I'm saying when there's documentation to back up what I'm saying! u told me a support supervisor would give me a call ,that Ihavnt received as of yet ๐ค #dontbuydji#DJIdrones ๐๐ฝ
@DJISupport PT8 I called c.S. and they assured me that they sent the battery as my receipt stated! but DJI support lied 2meย said that the battery was sent! only 2 change the response later! (they say all phone calls are recorded! let's pull the tape #DJISUPPORT) #dontbuydji ๐๐ฝ
@DJISupport PT8 I sent my drone in with the battery, the battery was not damaged ! I didn't receive a picture of a battery untill I called customer service and they assured me that they sent the battery as my receipt stated ! but DJI support lied to meย CONT #dontbuydji
@DJISupport PT5 my question to you is ! when I first received the quote! no pictures were sent of the repairs needed or damage that was done until there was an issue about the battery ! I've had my drone repairedย buy DJIย on a few occasions, the last repair CONT #dontbuydji ๐๐ฝ
@DJISupport PT3 when I wouldn't question it but here lately your support team has been using questionable quotes of #damages that I know wasn't done! then to change the estimate after I questioned what was being repaired the second quote seem to be more realistic then the CONT
The facts don't support your response ! obviously you didn't read the receipt r listen to the phone conversation @DJISupport: @gotdatgreen Thanks for the details and case number. Upon checking the case, the battery was removed, but we ๐๐ฝ #DJIsupport you dropped the ball !๐๐ฝ

@DanLukeSmith they used 2 have the #best#repaircenter that I ever used! but I guess now they feel like theyre 2 big 2 have 2 deal with the consumers that made #DJI what they r today! & I see that Im not the only1that feels this way about #DJIsupport๐๐ฝ& #DJIdrones ! pls #RT !
@HammyPics @DJISupport Ive purchased2 drones from #DJI! each 1costing over $1,500 not 2 mention Ive been thinkin about gettin the DJI Maverick 2 Zoom! but after this Id rather patronize a business that #appreciates its #customers ! a #drone is only as good as its support! ๐๐๐ฝ
@DJISupport #3 DJI repaired and returned my drone with no battery on the receipt it says battery included with a serial number CS said battery was inside the Box then on the later date CS change statement DJI has dropped the ball it's time to make your wrong a right ! #HELP ! ๐ณ
@DJISupport #2 why when I received the quote, I didn't receive any pictures of the repairs that was needed ? which is a standard practice of DJI !

@DJISupport here's the case # CAS-2971427-T6C6X4 after reviewing the case, ask yourself these questions ! #1 how can you discount the original repair quote and change what parts thats need to be replaced and still have the drone meet DJI standard ?
