3/3 I don't think the production team kept track in the action of who was wearing what in the action scenes so a lot of the first two episodes look like the militia fighting the militia. Still the weakest of Season 12, but much better than I remembered it being.
Currently watching Revenge of the Cybermen, and I listen to @docoho and A Hamster with a Blunt Penknife as a supplement. I think the gold weakness works here for all the reasons Conrad Westman gave in the podcast. Its non-corrodible material clogging the breathing apparatus.
2/3. It doesn't work in later stories when it is gold in any form. The biggest weakness to me is the Vogans. Not the acting, but all of the drama is in their being two faction, and there is nothing to distinguish them other than hair piece.
I've been doing the Doctor Who great journey for about 3 years. Every time a new story gets released, I pause, watch it, and then get sucked in to re-watching episodes I've already watched. First I got sidetracked by the reconstructions, then the animations.
Pail & @RagingBullets welcome back @wbdowler & @gothamkid75 to discuss another #AlfredHitchcock classic: #The39Steps. And stay tuned at the end as the boys get into an impromptu discussion of super-hero movie fatigue.

@TomScutt Thanks! Goodman Games have done 5E conversions for some BECMI and AD&D adventures under their Original Adventures Reincarnated line and they still state that Keep on the Borderlands is written for 6-9 1st level characters.
@TomScutt Just got both DM Yourself and DM Yourselves and love them. Need advice for Character Creation. If normal adventures are for 4-6 characters and you add a level, if the adventure is for 6-9 would you add 2 levels or still just one?
@maguirekevin It also depends on if this is a parody or a satire. If its making a statement about trans rights (which is a good thing to be clear) and not a straight up send-up of the Joker, it might legally be classified satire and therefore infringement.
@kaiserthegreat Home Sweet Home Alone. Home Alone works when the kid is a brat but the criminals are worse or at least dangerous. When the kid is a brat and a thief, you’re not in his corner doing the movie.
@kaiserthegreat Either. Lay on hands. Can be done to yourself or other people. I played a paladin and couldn’t help myself. I’d shout “Clear!” And place my hands on the recipient character’s chest
Went to get late night snacks for ‘Only Murders in the Building’ and stumbled into a D&D conversation at the check-out. Whats the best healer build without playing a cleric? Aasimar Druid?
