i like vampires and hit list radio

[Emily @gothlitEmily]

I mean, we all have our vices. For me it's Coke (a cola), for them it's blood, for some people it's heroin. Everyone craves something.

[Emily @gothlitEmily]

I feel vaguely sympathetic for some vampires because they couldn't help being bitten & turned into who they are #ENG2GOT

[Emily @gothlitEmily]

@hylatrobe it's a really good piece for analysis and it's so creeeepy.

[Emily @gothlitEmily]

@hylatrobe oh that's a shame, it's such a good read.

[Emily @gothlitEmily]

Still watching Elementary. Still of the belief that it's almost sort of maybe studying.

[Emily @gothlitEmily]

@hylatrobe hi! I was wondering why we aren't looking at Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde in GOT? Is it too crime/thriller rather than gothic?

[Emily @gothlitEmily]

@hylatrobe bring some to next week's tutes ok deal

[Emily @gothlitEmily]

@hylatrobe @TashEmJay @WorthwhileJones hahaha if it makes you feel better I also frantically searched the course guide after I saw that.

[Emily @gothlitEmily]

Everyone needs some down time, even creepy monsters #ENG2GOT

[Emily @gothlitEmily]

@hanlarkin18 we are just smashing this class then

[Emily @gothlitEmily]

Stayed up watching Elementary which is based on Sherlock which is based on the Arthur Conan Doyle novels so it totally counts as studying.

[Emily @gothlitEmily]

@SimHeritage this is the saddest thing I've ever heard.

[Emily @gothlitEmily]

@GothLitJade NA was possibly the hardest class I've ever done so I genuinely wish you luck there

[Emily @gothlitEmily]

@SimHeritage I was like WTF I wanna do a YA class & then realised it's under EDU & I'm just BoA. So sad.

[Emily @gothlitEmily]

Here's a cool maybe helpful thing: supernatural collective nouns! ("A duty of Frankenstein's monsters"!!) #ENG2GOT

[Emily @gothlitEmily]

Ok well I definitely tweeted this from the wrong account but it's ok #ENG2GOT I promise it probably won't happen again.

[Emily @gothlitEmily]

My pot of water is taking ten thousand years to boil & even though it's virtually impossible I'm still worried I've done something... wrong.

[Emily @gothlitEmily]

@JRLaTrobe did you like it? I cried the whole way through hahaha

[Emily @gothlitEmily]

Do you think that ~gothic themes~ are better represented in television or novels? #ENG2GOT

[Emily @gothlitEmily]

@becscicluna oh that's so nice! I think ill see if my mum can find my old copy at her place first, thank you though ✨
