Section 75 is a great piece of legislation to protect consumers, however it doesn’t stop being dragged into civil claims court over the correct use of this legislation to get the money in question back adding extras? Any thoughts or advice?

@MartinSLewis Martin - I have exercised my rights under Section 75 over a dodgy plumber. They refunded funds and plumber appealed this decision, which was ruled in my favour. Plumber is now taking me to small claims over this money - can he do that?
