@TalkTalk are also refusing to compensate me even though I’d be liable for charges if I missed the appt. can anyone help me claim money back? Or maybe @O2 could help and put me on a higher tarriff and I wave my data charges? Either way I desperately need the net for work!
@TSB it's 2021 you should be able to accept a scanned copy of ID like EVERYONE ELSE. I've lost an hour of my working day to be put on hold to be told this. And how will I be compensated? I won't. Can anyone recommend a bank that is more up to date?! 2/2
@TSB I cannot even begin to explain how ridiculously outdated your service is. I've been flagged for fraud and given no reason as to why. Instead, I'm told I have to physically go to a branch to submit ID which means I'll have to take time off work to do so. 1/2
