Hey @OctopusEnergy it’s very disappointing that after moving to the Isle of Skye you can’t tell me when you will be able to fit a Smart Meter, so having to charge my Tesla MY with a granny cable on full rate? Surely you must be able to schedule my Smart Meter install. 🤞🏻

@sarah_go_green The other day I drove down several A-Roads that were 60mph only to come across a sign restricting lorries to 40mph, but my MY just saw the 40mph sign and then said I was speeding. I think it does need to be able to read the signs as well as just looking for a number.

Hey 🐙 what gives with your free electricity. 14:00-15:00 today. Plugged in my Tesla and it scheduled 02:30-03:30 (fab). But then I saw that it had changed and was depleting GivEnergy battery as schedule was now 16:56-17:30. This is a nightmare. Stop changing the times. 😡

Hey @elonmusk @Tesla Just did a 1400 mile road trip in MYRWD basic AutoPilot. Please let turn signals pause AutoPilot and resume automatically after changing lanes on Motorway. Turn signal tap AutoPilot double tap becomes lame after 100th time. 🤞🏻

@shocky100 @sarah_go_green @OctopusEnergy Yes my Tesla is fine, but if I choose a different EV that doesn’t connect directly my Andersen A2 is worthless and I would need to pay to have it replaced with an OHME charger that is compatible. This would cost me nearly £1000. I would prefer you get my A2 connected 🤞🏻

Hey @OctopusEnergy if I want to replace my Tesla why can’t I use your IOG website to to show me all the cars compatible with an Andersen A2 charger. It makes me pick every brand and car one at a time. Let me just pick my charger please.

@OctopusEnergy As a customer I don’t want to have to pick every single car by brand to see if it is compatible with IOG and an Andersen A2 charger. Make it easier for a customer please.

@OctopusEnergy That’s all very well, but it would be much easier to be able to select your charger and see what EVs are compatible. Why haven’t you added Andersen A2 as an allowed compatible charger, they are top of the range, internet connected and reliable.
