@TATAAIA_Life I’ve been a loyal customer since ‘07. Based on your advisor’s advice, I opened a 2nd policy in 2021 funded via the 1st. Despite giving all documents in Dec ‘24 & Mar ‘25, you let my April premium lapse and notified me only in late May. This is unacceptable #TataAIA
