Designing governance and economic systems for protocols. Built @EthereumGovAI. Advised @FilFoundation, @AvailProject, @0xPolygon, @Minaprotocol w @AragonProject
📢We are excited to announce the launch of our research paper!
As the first comprehensive analysis of voter behavior in Web3, it explores two ecosystems @CurveFinance and @Polkadot, using a novel quantitative methodology to decompose governance patterns.

I remember this talk at ETH CC. My presentation refused to work on stage, and I spent some time re-structuring the talk by drawing parallels to Star Wars.
Looks chill, but on the inside, I was dying. 😳
I wrote a little something about how every AI agent will eventually need a passport.
I know that it feels like blockchain is slowly dying but all the primitives that we have all been learning and building are now more relevant than ever for AI agents! You've just got to see it.

I spent the last few days researching India's AI ecosystem and here's what I found:
What's happening in India's AI space right now deserves way more attention than it's getting 🧵👇
@uttam_singhk From a consultant's view, there is quite a bit of infrastructure work happening. ZK is maturing from research into production, AI x crypto is having a first-principles moment with payments but yes, the application layer stopped experimenting wildly.
Help me scale my consulting efforts in Governance, Research, and Tokenomics.
A Karma Points collector for those who refer and introduce me to clients who need help in these areas. Redeem those karma points for a pretty good share in deals closed or any other service.
If products are commoditized with AI, the opportunity lies in services.
The problem is the announcement creates the impact it was trying to avoid.
Curious why EF couldn't execute the TWAP and then disclose after completion as part of routine treasury reporting? TradFi does structured disclosures all the time. Transactional transparency ≠ pre-announcing market-moving trades.
@shaaa256 The filter shifts from "can you build" to "can you distribute." AI industrializes software. It doesn't industrialize trust, switching costs, or genuine user dependency. I think capital will be pricing those and not velocity of feature or product launches.
Inverted: onchain governance needs agentic companies to work. The participation crisis in DAOs is a human bandwidth problem. agents could solve that.
I think agentic interactions will require a different consensus game altogether. How do you ensure a Claude Max agent doesn't manipulate a haiku agent with limited computation and context?
@francescoswiss hot take back: agents don't become companies. They make "companies" as we know it today redundant. One human (legal shell), a cap table, and 50 agents.
A new stablecoin reaching that scale would need either
1. a regulatory forcing function like EU mandating a MiCA-compliant euro stable
or 2. a novel mechanism that solves something USDT/USDC structurally can't like maybe censorship resistance. This is the DAI thesis and DAI is still 10x smaller.
Fear is the mind killer. Fear is the little death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will let it pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past me, I will turn to see fear's path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.
Love this from the Dune series. Something I tell myself before important speeches/talks.
