माननीय राज्यपाल-सह-कुलाधिपति लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल सय्यद अता हसनैन (सेवानिवृत्त) ने राज्य के सभी विश्वविद्यालयों को लंबित डिग्रियों के मुद्रण एवं वितरण के लिए मिशन मोड में विशेष अभियान चलाने का निदेश दिया है।
साथ ही, वर्ष 2010 से 2024 तक यूजी एवं पीजी डिग्रियों की स्थिति का विस्तृत ब्यौरा उपलब्ध कराने, प्रत्येक विश्वविद्यालय में डिग्री मॉनिटरिंग सेल गठित करने, नोडल पदाधिकारी नामित करने तथा नियमित निगरानी सुनिश्चित करने के निदेश दिए गए हैं, ताकि विद्यार्थियों को समय पर डिग्रियाँ मिल सकें और उनके शैक्षणिक एवं व्यावसायिक भविष्य पर कोई प्रतिकूल प्रभाव नहीं पड़े।

माननीय राज्यपाल लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल सय्यद अता हसनैन (सेवानिवृत्त) ने लोक भवन, पटना में आयोजित राज्यस्तरीय अग्नि सुरक्षा तैयारी पर आयोजित सेमिनार में भाग लिया तथा फायर सेफ्टी डिक्लेरेशन का शुभारंभ किया।
इस अवसर पर राज्यपाल ने कहा कि अग्नि सुरक्षा एक बार का प्रयास नहीं, बल्कि सतत ��ायित्व है। उन्होंने व्यापक जन-जागरूकता, नियमित फायर ऑडिट, मॉक ड्रिल, बेहतर तैयारी, इंसिडेंट रिस्पॉन्स सिस्टम (IRS) एवं ईआरएसएस-112 के व्यापक उपयोग तथा एआई एवं जीआईएस जैसी आधुनिक तकनीकों के माध्यम से सुरक्षित एवं आपदा-प्रतिरोधी बिहार के निर्माण का आह्वान किया।

Hon’ble Governor Lt Gen Syed Ata Hasnain (Retd) graced the State-Level Fire Safety Preparedness Seminar at Lok Bhavan, Patna, where he launched the Fire Safety Declaration.
Addressing the gathering, the Governor emphasised that fire safety is a continuous responsibility, not a one-time exercise. He called for greater public awareness, regular fire audits, periodic mock drills, stronger preparedness, wider adoption of the Incident Response System (IRS) and ERSS-112, and the use of AI and GIS to build a safer and more resilient Bihar.

बिहार के माननीय राज्यपाल लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल सय्यद अता हसनैन (सेवानिवृत्त) ने पटना के बापू सभागार में आयोजित ‘ऑपरेशन सिंदूर’ नाट्य प्रस्तुति कार्यक्रम में भाग लिया।
इस अवसर पर उन्होंने ��हा कि ‘ऑपरेशन सिंदूर’ भारत की सैन्य क्षमता, तकनीकी दक्षता तथा समकालीन युद्ध की चुनौतियों का सामना करने के लिए उसकी तैयारी का प्रतीक है। उन्होंने आधुनिक संघर्षों में सूचना एवं नैरेटिव की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका को रेखांकित करते हुए इन विषयों के प्रति जन-जागरूकता और समझ को सुदृढ़ किए जाने की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया।

Hon’ble Governor of Bihar, Lt Gen Syed Ata Hasnain (Retd) graced the theatrical presentation “Operation Sindoor” at Bapu Sabhagar, Patna.
On the occasion, the Governor observed that Operation Sindoor symbolizes India’s military capability, technological proficiency and preparedness to meet the challenges of contemporary warfare. He underscored the significance of information and narrative as critical dimensions of modern conflict and called for greater public awareness and understanding of these issues.

माननीय राज्यपाल लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल सय्यद अता हसनैन (सेवानिवृत्त) ने 51 टी॰बी॰ रोगियों को बिहार लोक भवन में फूड बास्केट का वितरण किया। राज्यपाल ने प्रधानमंत्री टी॰बी॰ मुक्त भारत अभियान के तहत नि-क्षय मित्र के रूप में इन मरीजों को गोद लिया है।

Hon’ble Governor Lt Gen Syed Ata Hasnain (Retd) distributed food baskets to 51 tuberculosis (TB) patients at Bihar Lok Bhavan. Under the Pradhan Mantri TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyan, the Governor has adopted these patients as a Ni-kshay Mitra and is providing them with nutritional support.
