I am honoured to write to you regarding Next Generation Identity Framework that could benefit people and strengthen UAE’s economy.

After several years of developing and perfecting this framework, we recently submitted a patent application for Renewable Identities—Dynamic Personally Identifiable Information—which can stop all known physical identity attacks, including phishing, inside fraud, social engineering, photocopy fraud, skimming, etc. These are limitations with all types of government identities issued in UAE and around the world.

There are advantages to this architecture that no other identity system on the planet can match. For example, tacking cyber security issues, governance, surveillance, citizen inclusion, digital currencies, etc.

After this Dynamic PII invention, we will have a revolutionary concept of securing photograph on ID card. With this, we will offer an ultimate secure Global Identity system. The World needs this or something better than this.

If UAE would like to evaluate such an Identity system, please allow us an opportunity to present the framework.

Regarding the Next Generation Identity Framework, I have a proposal that could benefit people and strengthen Bharat’s economy.

After several years of developing and perfecting this framework, we recently submitted a patent application for Renewable Identities—Dynamic Personally Identifiable Information—which can stop all known physical identity attacks, including phishing, inside fraud, social engineering, photocopy fraud, skimming, etc. These are limitations with all types of government identities issued in India and around the world.

There are advantages to this architecture that no other identity system on the planet can match. For example, resolve Aadhaar security challenges, cyber security, governance, surveillance, citizen inclusion, safe electronic voting, digital currencies, etc. Benefits in the middle to long term will also aid in the battle against "digital arrest" fraud.

This framework has the potential to be India's crown jewel, much like UPI!

I am very keen to investigate the "Make in India" initiative before contacting particular governments to see how interested they are in developing this further and perhaps providing funding.

If Bharat would like to evaluate such an Identity system, please allow us an opportunity to present the framework.
