While batting first why can’t you go with the following option:
Salt,vk,Patidar,Padikkal,Jitesh,Tim,Krunal, Bhuvi,josh,Suyash,rasikh.
Impact: shepherd,Jacob,Duffy,Venky.
If batting Collapse, bring in shepherd, else if not needed you can have Duffy
