मैं जानता हूँ कि पेपर लीक कोई मामूली विषय नहीं है। लाखों विद्यार्थी और उनके अभिभावकों के लिए बहुत ही पीड़ादायक है। और इसलिए, पेपर लीक की घटना से अब तक पिछले ढाई महीनों में अनेक कदम उठाए गए। गुनहगारों को पकड़ा गया है, वे जेल में पड़े हैं।

लेकिन हम यहां पर संतोष मानने वाले लोगों में से नहीं हैं, और इसलिए मैंने आज फास्ट-ट्रैक कोर्ट के लिए विभागों को निर्देश दिए थे। आज विभागों ने लगातार मेहनत करके देर रात मुझे मसौदा भी दे दिया। फास्ट-ट्रैक कोर्ट और कठोर सजा के प्रावधान वाले इस मसौदे पर कल कैबिनेट में चर्चा होगी। कैबिनेट के साथियों के सुझाव के बाद उसका अंतिम रूप दिया जाएगा। और सोमवार से संसद का दूसरा सप्ताह शुरू हो रहा है, तब जल्द-से-जल्द इस बिल को सदन में पारित कराने का प्रयास किया जाएगा।

Mild gap-up indication, but crude above $100 still keeping markets on edge.

#GIFTNifty is around 24,099, nearly +100 points above yesterday’s close of 23,995, indicating a positive opening.

#Nifty closed at 23,995, down 97 points, while #Sensex ended at 76,886, falling 416 points. #BankNifty saw sharper pressure and closed at 55,400, down 863 points.

Market Flows:
• FII sold ₹1,835.26 Cr
• DII bought ₹1,591.85 Cr
• Net Outflow: ₹-243.41 Cr

In commodities, #Gold is steady around $4,596, while #Silver has bounced slightly to $73.65.
#Brent crude continues to stay elevated above $103, slightly up from previous levels, which remains a key concern.

Global Cues:
• US markets weak, #Nasdaq down ~1%
• Asian markets mixed
• #IndiaVIX slightly lower around 18
Key global trigger remains the US–Iran situation:

• Oil prices holding above $100 as talks stall
• Iran facing storage pressure, possible production cuts
