The utility will automatically calculate your tax liability considering the tax already paid.

If you are a senior citizen, you can submit form 121 if total income is upto Rs 12 Lakhs. TDS will not be deducted by the Bank.

You need to pay Late fees of Rs 1000 (if total income is between Rs 3L to 5L)
If income is below Rs 3L, you can still file it but some tricks are required which I cannot disclose here.

But you have to calculate the tax payable under the last FY as per the old tax regime @20%.
The relief amount will get reduced by the amount of tax payable as calculated above.
