This is one of the most heartbreaking stories coming out of Gaza.

For nine months, 37-year-old Raed al-Mureidi has been trapped in a medical nightmare. While searching for food for his family at a U.S./Israeli aid distribution point, aka Kill Zones, Raed was shot in the head by the Israeli terrorist forces.
The bullet fractured his skull, leaving him paralyzed and unable to speak.
As his condition deteriorates, a mass has begun to form in his head. Because of the ongoing brutal Israeli blockade and the destruction of Gaza’s healthcare system, the surgery he needs to survive is impossible to get locally.
Israel and its terrorist system have denied his travel permit for nearly a year.
Raed is now a symbol of thousands of others caught in a savage system that blocks both food and the medicine needed to survive.

سلطنة عمان تتحمل التكلفة البيئية بدون فوائد اقتصادية لممر مضيق هرمز.

الحقيقة أن ناقلات النفط هي سبب تلوث الشواطئ العمانية بل هي أيضاً سبب تلوث الحياة البحرية، على الرغم أن سلطنة عمان ليست مصدرة رئيسية للنفط.
أما التفاصيل فإن ناقلات النفط تسبب تلوثاً للشواطئ العمانية والحياة البحرية، حيث تتعرض مياهها وشواطئها لتسربات نفطية صغيرة النطاق غير قابلة للتتبع (unattributable spills) بشكل متكرر، غالباً من ناقلات النفط التي تغسل خزاناتها أو تفرغ مياه التوازن (ballast water) الملوثة عند وصولها للمياه العمانية اله��دئة وقبل الدخول إلى الخليج العربي لتحميل النفط.
فما يُعادل ملايين براميل النفط سنوياً تُسكب في المياه العمانية من تفريغ مياه التوازن المتسخة وغسيل الخزانات، ويؤثر ذلك على الشواطئ العمانية والحياة البحرية كظهور بقع زيتية، ورمال ملونة، وكذلك على الطيور البحرية، والسلاحف، والشعاب المرجانية.كما أنها سبب رئيسي لحوادث ظهور نفوق الأسماك على الشواطئ العمانية التي تظهر بين الحين والآخر .
وتظل سلطنة عمان تعمل على تسهيل المرور الآمن في مضيق هرمز على الرغم من المخاطر البيئية والأمنية، وفي ظل عدم اهتمام الدول المصدرة للنفط والدول المستوردة له للتحديات التي تواجهها سلطنة عمان.

I don't think people understand the gravity of the situation as the UN is preparing for possible nuclear weapon use in Iran.

This is a picture of Tehran. For you uneducated, untraveled, never-served, warhawks licking your chops at the thought of bombing it. It's not some low population desert. There are families, children, family pets. Regular working class people with dreams. You're sick to want war.

Tehran is a city of nearly 10,000,000 people. Imagine nuking Washington, Berlin, Paris, London, or beyond, bombed with nuclear weapons.

I gave up my diplomatic career to leak this information. I suspended my duties so as not to be part of or a witness to this crime against humanity, in an attempt to prevent a nuclear winter before it is too late.

Yesterday, nearly ten million people protested “No Kings” in the United States. The possibility of the use of nuclear weapons must be taken very seriously. It's dangerous. Act now.
