If changing the compressor didnt fix the problem, then you know what to do!!

@LGUS @LGUSSupport This is like the 1000th time I have been on calls with LG to get my fridge repair to get a refund for my unit. One support person says that I am eligible but another denies it! I even have the case number RNN221003024111 for this. I am sick of this!!

@LGUS How long can we live without a refrigerator. Our old one was working for 10 years without any issues!We have contacted service but no service for weeks and we will be out of warranty by then! Stopped working 3rd time within 10 weeks!

@LGUS we bought a lg French door refrigerator which has stopped working twice now even after the customer service changing the part recommended by LG!! This is within a year of buying !!! Worst product ever ! We need a replacement on this right away!

@LGUS this is the 3rd time I have contacted LG as our fridge broke down yet again. No service in my area ! Issue a refund ! I had a fridge which was working for 10 years and now a brand new one breaks in a year ! Unacceptable!!
