You have regularised it for tatkal booking for aadhaar verified users. Why not the same be implemented for normal booking too?

Worst IRCTC booking experience ever. Tried booking ticket for diwali and getting these messages after doing every step correctly.
Payment status: Amount received from bank.
Failure reason: Unable to perform transaction due to internal error.
Note:Travellers are Aadhaar verified.

£1= ₹85 to 100
Today when I'm typing this,
$1 = ₹ 87.43
£1= ₹117. 61
So cost of petrol in UK less than £2 &
in US is around $2 which is very less there.

This clearly shows you are manipulating data with ₹ value🤦🏻‍♂️.
