राजस्थान के लगभग 1700 चिकित्सा अधिकारी, 1 वर्ष ग्रामीण सेवा के बावजूद 10% आरक्षण से वंचित हैं। कारण: अप्रैल से अप्रैल गणना, जबकि NEET PG अब अगस्त में होता है। नियुक्ति अगस्त 2025 में हुई और अगस्त 2026 में 1 साल (365दिन)की सेवा पूर्ण होगी, फिर भी लाभ नहीं मिलेगा। भर्ती में देरी भी सरकारी थी। यह अन्याय है नीति में संशोधन आवश्यक है ईन डॉक्टरों ने गांवों में बहुत कठिन परिस्थितियों में सेवा दी है।

यूथ डॉक्टरों द्वारा शुरू किया गया X‑कैंपेन "MOJoining2024" और "VoiceOfDoctors" सवाल उठाता है कि क्यों डॉक्टरों को महीनों तक बिना नियुक्ति आदेश इंतज़ार करना पड़ रहा है। राजस्थान सरकार को चाहिए:

मेरिट सूची व नियुक्ति आदेश की तत्काल घोषणा करें।
समयबद्ध नियुक्ति से मानसूनी स्वास्थ्य चुनौतियों से निपटने में मजबूती लाई जा सकती है।

For those asking me why I am continuously raising NEXT exam issue should once come and see the real situation and mindsets of medicos who are supposed to give this exam , who would listen to them if we won’t ?

NMC is imposing the NEXT exam on the 2019 batch forcefully. In the first 3.5 years of MBBS, students studied as per the old pattern of the exam, and now they are suddenly required to face an entirely new pattern of the exam.
