Corruption in Income Tax Department
Corruption in GST Department
Corruption in your local municipalities
Corruption in every damn Govt. office of this country
Corruption via political party middlemen to claim fake deductions in Income Tax...
But yes... CAs are corrupt 👏👏
Don’t turn an entire profession into a scapegoat to hide your system's corruptions!!
I WILL ALWAYS RAISE VOICE AGAINST THE INJUSTICE BEING FACED BY CA PROFESSIONAL COMMUNITY!
TAX AUDIT DUE DATE DESERVES IMMEDIATE EXTENSION!
SILENCE IS NOT AN OPTION.
OUR COLLECTIVE VOICE HAS TO CREATE A WAVE!
EXTENSION DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED! 🙏🏻
🔁 Retweet if you support the demand.
🚨 30 DAYS FOR TAX AUDIT? PRACTICALLY IMPOSSIBLE!
This year, CAs are being asked to complete Tax Audits within just 30 days.
Tax Audit is not merely uploading a report. It involves:
🔹 Verification of books
🔹 Reconciliation & ITC checks
🔹 TDS/GST scrutiny
🔹 Review of financial statements
🔹 Professional judgement & documentation
🔹 Final quality review
Rushed audits compromise quality and compliance.
📢 We request CBDT to extend the Tax Audit due date to 31st October 2026.
30 days for an audit ≠ sufficient time for a QUALITY audit.

Once your Tax Audit is complete, ITR Filing is easy work!
Why can’t we have one due date?
Both for Tax Audit and ITR, which should be 31st October 2026!
Kindly extend due date to file Tax Audit report by one month till 31/10/2026. It would be very helpful.
Give proper time to CA and Accountants
File your request to govt

Dear @IncomeTaxIndia, please consider extending the Tax Audit due date from 30th September to 31st October, and the ITR filing due date from 31st October to 30th November.
This year, the new concept of staggered due dates was introduced, which kept taxpayers and professionals occupied with non audit ITRs first, effectively leaving barely a month for Tax Audit work. On top of this, the ITR 3/5/6 utilities were also released quite late, delaying everything.
More importantly, please make this extension permanent and align it with the new staggered due dates going forward.
60 tax audits under clause (a) and clause (b).
Multiple tax audits under other clauses...
Can safely push the number to 100+...
How are we supposed to complete all Tax Audits in just 27 days ?
31.08. due date of non audit ITRs has made tax audit deadline of 30.09 as impractical and burdensome.
Tax Audit deadline deserves permanent shifting to 31.10. and ITR (audit) deadline should be permanently shifted to 30.11
Please intervene @IncomeTaxIndia@nsitharaman@nsitharamanoffc and issue extension relaxation soon.. 🙏🏻
I closed 5 Tax Audits today and am totally mentally exhausted!

31st August had played the important role of balancing in due date planning
If it was 31st July then difficult for professionals to complete the work before due date
30th September Required to be extended to 15th October for Proper Audit Compliance
@IncomeTaxIndia
ITR season ends today. Congratulations to all taxpayers, professionals and accountants for completing work timely.
The extended due date made ITR filing journey smoother for professionals and also eased pressure on @IncomeTaxIndia portal, which performed quite well👍
However, this extension has now compressed the time available for Tax Audit compliances due on 30th September. A one-month gap between the non-audit ITR due date and Tax Audit due date is practically too short.
The Government should reconsider this timeline!!
Also I hope till this time his ITR has also been filed :) 👇
ICAI-CCM resigns over Moral and Ethical Issues! Two of his alarming concerns:
- No Care for Students; Their monies used for Past Presidents meets, Tirupati Darshan, WOFA, Branch and RC members meets...unnecessary international travel etc.
- Critical student-centric reforms receive far less urgency than they deserve
In our hearts, everyone knew this! Today someone came out and said it loud!
May be this will bring the change!
@ProteanEgovTech We sent the required documents via Speed Post on 20 July 2026, received by you on 27 July 2026, and also emailed you. It has now been 15+ days with no response or update. Kindly check the status and provide a resolution at the earliest.
Respected sir,
Sorry to say but you are wrong, completely wrong.
May be some reputed practitioner dont want to include small companies in their portfolio but many small firm still exist in Tier-2 & 3 are completely depend on small companies and small audit.
You are completely unaware about ground reality.
If we go by your logic, if tommorrow government will remove tax audit upto 25 Turnover then hum CA ko chup chap dekhte rehna hai.
Kyuki aapke so called some CAs aisi tuchch firm ko apne portfolio me add tak nahi karti esiliye ab puri faternity ko iske liye chhup rehna hai. Right ????
Chhote Stat audit & Tax audit below 25cr Turnover ke liye aapke limited portfolio wale practitioner ke pass nahi jate log, uske liye small practioner ko client choose karta hai due to compliance cost.
Vo log aaj bhi es pe hi depend hai, aap ko nahi dikh rha vo baat alag hai.
GST audit gya
Stat audit jane wala hai
Bank Audit reduced
Corporate Mitra ko article se jyada stiepand mil rha hai
Tax audit pe always Talwar latakti rehti hai.
Ye CA ki asmita pe var nahi to aur kya hai ?????
Kab tak chhup baithega CA, jab profession me unity aati hai to kuchh bade log aake chamcha giri karne lagte hai aur Future scope dikhane lagte hai.
Future ka Baad me dekhenge , pahele present to secure kar le, vo secure ho nahi rha , future future kar rhe hai sab.
Expecting your support or Silence on this matter sir.
Thank You.
💥TDS RETURNS PROCESSING UPDATE!!
Two issues noticed in TDS returns filed under the Income-tax Act, 2025
1️⃣ Rounding-off demand:
Where TDS is rounded to the lower rupee, e.g. Rs.1,923.30 to ₹1,923, the system is raising a demand of ₹0.30.
Under the earlier Income-tax Act, 1961 utility, TDS was rounded to the nearest rupee. This functionality was not based on any specific provision of law but was built into the utility itself.
Not everyone is receiving such demands because, where the total demand is below Rs.5, it gets rounded off to Nil under S.516 of Income Tax Act 2025, which provides rounding to the nearest Rs.10.
2️⃣ Interest adjustment issue
Interest already paid and correctly reported in the prescribed field of the TDS return is not being adjusted, and a fresh interest demand is being raised.
Consequently, the Demand and Justification Report reflects both the already-paid interest and the above-mentioned fractional rounding-off demand.
@IncomeTaxIndia should urgently examine both issues and issue a clarification/corrective measure.
