We are a hotel based in Kota. Asked for a quotation to extend our elevator a month ago from @KONECorporation. Their executives have fooled us and wasted our entire month during renovation. They are highly careless & unprofessional. @inconsumerforum @consumerforum_ @consaff

@KONECorporation we have waited long enough for a response. We would like to inform the business unions and associations of the city to blacklist @KONECorporation Brands such as @thyssenkrupp @OtisElevatorCo have served us in past and delivered a much better service.
