Strolling LA River in Griffith Park this morning, and this jackass starts a fire, trees right above him. I alerted another walker, who doused it with his water bottle while I called 911/fire dept.

@terrordroma We got it in Glendale too. And we have been under an evacuation warning since yesterday so we flipped out. But we're also signed up for alerts from like 4 services and none of them have that warning. So I'm thinking this was a glitch, but I'm still on edge
