Fly tipping is a massive pet hate, but god, @RochdaleCouncil make it hard. Had a bed & wardrobes to tip obviously too much for a car so borrowed a van, no we can’t go in as we’re a van!! We have to apply for a permit with our v5 (it’s a work van!) no wonder people fly tip!😡
