@nickclegg If that’s true, why can’t I get access to my account. It insists on two factor authentication despite me never setting that option. Turn it off or provide a way round it so people can access their own accounts. You are deliberately blocking people!

@askryanair FR795 from Venice Marco Polo is delayed. Your website says flight will depart 18.30. Departure board at the airport says 20.45. Which is correct please. No Ryanair staff at the airport to ask.
