🚨 Chinamaxxing with Hasan: “We Have to Be China,” China “Keeps Winning,” and America May Need to “Suffer a Blow”

Hasan Piker has been doing a lot of “Chinamaxxing,” and some of these comments are pretty extraordinary.

He says America may need to “be China” to compete, praises Beijing’s five-year plans because they “move mountains,” expresses “faith in the Chinese government,” and calls China the “adult in the room.”

He describes China as a “transitional socialist state” where capital remains subordinate to the Communist Party, even comparing its system to an “iron fist” covered by a “sleeve of capitalism.”

On foreign policy, Hasan says Americans should be “thanking God every day” that China does not behave like the U.S., downplays Chinese militarization in the South China Sea as being in its “backyard,” and even wonders whether America needs to “suffer a blow” so it can learn a long-term lesson.

What makes this especially striking is that Hasan does acknowledge China’s repression and one-party rule. But he still calls the country a “laboratory of governance,” praises its ability to direct capital and industry, and repeatedly returns to how effective, responsive, and successful he believes the system is.
