@sublime5o Help Scout is available but you need to be logged into the site to access it. If you are logged in and still can't see it then try a different browser. The widget can sometimes be hidden if you're running no-script / ad-block extensions.

@wallydomingo@GravityView The plugin is at 2.14.4 so make sure you have the latest version. We've tested and it's working fine. Sounds like you maybe have a plugin conflict. @timfosse 100%. The actual problem turned out to be at Cloudflare, not with the plugin. But we took the opportunity to review the code, and have improved both performance & stability. You won't have the same problem again, and we're sorry that you had a problem in the first place.
@MadMazC We've been mitigating a ddos attack since the start of the Ukraine conflict, but today has been bad. We've been advised to turn off the API, so if you're running our plugin we would suggest deactivating it for now until we get things straightened out. Cheers
