@airindiain I have travelled 4 times with Air India in the past. This experience made me realize never book the ticket.

@airindiain After not receiving call back and waiting for a day, I realized I am not going to get call back and tried reaching out customer care. In 2 different attempts, I was on waiting for 2 hours and call got disconnected. Here is the case I’d: 12330450

@airindiain Since I don’t have option to reschedule online and only way to do that is by reaching customer care, would appreciate some help in rescheduling my tickets. In total I wasted 8 hours over 4 days period and I can’t seem to reschedule

@airindiain I am promised once that my call is being forwarded to rescheduling team with highest priority (3-5 mins) and still had to wait for more than 2 hours before disconnecting the call

@airindiain Waited for 1 hour to reschedule my ticket. I am told my ticket (India - US on 5th May) doesn't qualify under travel waiver (https://t.co/7kKByCT6ti) and I have to pay for rescheduling charges.

@airindiain My parents on B1/B2 visa are flying from 4th May 8:30 pm Vijayawada->Delhi and May 5th 3:30 am Delhi->SFO. Can you provide some guidelines on their travel?
