Steele and Halper fabricated the story that President Trump's National Security Advisor General Flynn had suspicious Russian contacts. Schiff and Swalwell publicly and falsely described this lie as an affair with me.

Barbara Walters once wrote that many Americans have forgotten — and many others were never taught — how Jane Fonda’s actions during the Vietnam War were viewed by countless POWs and veterans.

One of the most widely repeated accounts comes from Air Force pilot Jerry Driscoll, a POW held in the “Hanoi Hilton.” According to the story, he was cleaned up and forced to appear before Jane Fonda during her visit to North Vietnam. When ordered to praise his captors’ “humane treatment,” he instead spat at her. He was reportedly beaten severely afterward, suffering injuries that permanently affected his vision and ended his flying career.

Another former POW, Colonel Larry Carrigan, described how prisoners secretly passed Jane Fonda slips of paper containing their Social Security numbers in hopes of proving to the world they were alive. The story claims she later handed those papers over to North Vietnamese officers, resulting in brutal beatings for the men involved. Carrigan survived. Others allegedly did not.

Former civilian adviser Michael Benge, who was imprisoned for more than five years, also spoke publicly about his experience. He said he agreed to meet with Fonda because he wanted to tell her the truth about the treatment POWs endured — not the “humane and lenient” image being presented for propaganda purposes. According to Benge, he was severely punished before any meeting could happen.

For many veterans and military families, Jane Fonda’s 1972 trip to Hanoi became a symbol of betrayal during a painful chapter in American history. While supporters viewed her as an antiwar activist protesting U.S. policy, critics believed her actions crossed the line into giving aid and comfort to America’s enemy during wartime.

Decades later, the anger and controversy surrounding “Hanoi Jane” still remain powerful for many who served, suffered, or lost loved ones during the Vietnam War. Whatever one’s political views may be, the experiences of POWs and veterans deserve to be remembered and treated with respect.

Dr David Kelly was Britain's foremost weapons inspector. He spent years inspecting Iraqi facilities, earned a Nobel Peace Prize nomination, and knew more about Saddam's arsenal than almost anyone in government.

In 2002, Tony Blair's government published a dossier claiming Iraq could deploy chemical and biological weapons within 45 minutes. Britain went to war on the back of it. No weapons were ever found.

Kelly knew the dossier was rubbish. He said so, quietly, to a @BBC journalist. That conversation ended his career, his privacy, and ultimately his life.

The MOD carefully allowed his name to leak to the press as the BBC's source. He was then hauled before parliamentary committees, stripped apart by his own employer, and thrown to a media frenzy he never asked for.

Two days after giving evidence to MPs, the 59-year-old was found dead in woodland near his Oxfordshire home.

Instead of a proper inquest, Tony Blair asked Lord Hutton to run a private inquiry. Hutton concluded suicide. The inquest was opened, then suspended, and never resumed.

Eight senior legal and medical figures, including a coroner, later wrote to @thetimes saying the verdict was unsafe. They argued the wound found on Kelly's wrist, a severed ulnar artery, would not have caused sufficient blood loss to kill a healthy person.

There were no fingerprints on the knife found beside his body, even though he was not wearing gloves.

In 2011, Attorney General Dominic Grieve rejected all calls for a new inquest. He said the Hutton Inquiry was "tantamount to an inquest" and that further investigation would be dismissed by judges with irritation.

A man challenged the government's justification for a war that killed hundreds of thousands of people. He was publicly destroyed, died in mysterious circumstances, never got a proper inquest, and the people who sent him into that media storm faced no consequences whatsoever.

Tony Blair became a Middle East Peace Envoy the following year. You genuinely could not make it up.

- It is a Miami-based maternity concierge service that specializes in helping foreign nationals travel to the US to give birth
- Their website and marketing explicitly target international clients especially from Latin America, Brazil and more
- They say they have assisted with over 2,000 international births in the U.S.

But it goes even further than that

Services include:

- obstetric and pediatric care
- logistical support for housing and transportation
- visas guidance
- delivery at facilities like Mercy Miami Hospital
- postpartum care.

This is a highly sophisticated operation, and it’s all to exploit our HORRIBLE birthright immigration loophole policy

The House Oversight Committee says they’ve found many of these companies

A peer-reviewed paper published last year in the journal Bioethics by two professors at Western Michigan University School of Medicine argues that it is "morally obligatory" to genetically engineer ticks to spread alpha-gal syndrome, a permanent condition that makes you violently allergic to red meat.

The paper is called "Beneficial Bloodsucking."

Their argument: if eating meat is morally wrong, then preventing the spread of a disease that forces people to stop eating meat is also morally wrong. Scientists should gene-edit lone star ticks to enhance their ability to carry alpha-gal syndrome and expand their range into urban environments to infect more people.

They call this a "moral bioenhancer." They frame releasing genetically modified disease-carrying ticks as a "vaccination" that only "infringes" on your bodily autonomy rather than "violating" it. The distinction, apparently, is that a tick bit you instead of a government official holding you down.

Alpha-gal syndrome is not mild. The CDC estimates up to 450,000 Americans are already affected. Cases have surged 100-fold in the last decade. Symptoms include anaphylaxis. There is no cure.

Alpha-gal cases are exploding across the United States. The lone star tick's range is expanding far beyond its historical territory. And two academics at a medical school published a paper arguing this is a good thing that should be accelerated.

At what point do we stop treating papers like this as fringe academic exercises and start asking whether anyone is already acting on them?
