@David_J_Ellis1 Dealt with a property on Bangor high street, the Tenant national company still couldn't make the store profitable and not paying any rent. Rates and utilities is a massive issue.
@PLPlanning@David_J_Ellis1@jbradshawbangor Having spent the weekend camping with the kids in Aberdaron and seeing plenty of generally slightly older couples with motorhomes I’m very much looking forward to those times.
@CraigHughes666 @JANUSZCZAK We have just had this, had blood all over the windows from the crow pecking so hard. Covered window and it just moved to another window. Then after 3 days it moved to our neighbours house.
@David_J_Ellis1@wmdarchitecture@RobChapman_Co@CIVALLISupport@BitcoinBertie@meilirrhughes Yes built 1895. Easy to remember we had a new date stone made. Solid stone wall 600mm thick. Single glazed timber windows. Pitched roof with no insulation in void of slopes and uninsulated concrete floor. All brought up to current standards. I floor heating ticks over at 18 .c
@David_J_Ellis1 No to heat pump atm till flow rates increase. Existing gas or look at electric heating, with electric hot water tank. You can then always add PV with battery to help with running costs. although Pv and batt isnt cheap
@David_J_Ellis1 Totally true got friends who work in the engineering sector. The tariffs for uk just puts companies off so sector is just staying in eu.
