As someone actually living in Dubai, this whole “leave the Middle East now” advisory is frustrating. Life here isn’t chaos. Malls are open, flights resumed, people are going to work like normal. If there’s a real threat, say it clearly. If it’s just precautionary, say that.

@MashreqTweets how can have the annual fee that was incorrectly charged removed? I was offered the card for free when I want to cancel and then you charge the fee. I raised complaint on 30th December and it’s still not solved even after reaching your team twice. This is so poor.

We urge Dubai, UAE and Indian government to help us. Our life has shattered. Few people are even thinking to doing suicide.
All influencer, media, official and everyone please help us to reach out to the Higher Authorities and catch this scammer before he deletes all his records from the social media and google.
