@SwiggyCares@Swiggy@jagograhakjago First “refund” happened before the food was delivered after waiting for 40 mins with no updates on the food. Why the amount? No idea. Second time asked for full refund - that was refused. Why? No idea. “You can’t ask for it” was the reply.
