@flipkartsupport And according to @ekartlogistics - it’s “Unsuccessful Unable to attempt delivery due to operational issues”. Each place has a different reason. Net result - delivery before 11pm didn’t happen. @jagograhakjago @flipkartsupport @Flipkart

Someone called after the tweet around 8:15pm. Asked for a call back in the morning as requested and they said they will “try”. No call so far. Consumer right - 0, Swiggy - 1

Wonder how many people also are not getting what they are being charged for.

Also, delivery was 40 mins late. More than me, delivery person is waiting.

First Swiggy promised 60rs promo cash in an instamart order above 299, which I did. However no 60 cash. Raised it with customer care - after sharing screenshots, I was told it’s a system glitch

@SwiggyCares @Swiggy @jagograhakjago First “refund” happened before the food was delivered after waiting for 40 mins with no updates on the food. Why the amount? No idea. Second time asked for full refund - that was refused. Why? No idea. “You can’t ask for it” was the reply.
